I just want to take the time to thank Kathi for all of her help and patience. I have a 2006 Burgandy v-5 that was dead no juice nothing. I called Kathi up and she returned my call A.S.A.P. I had a problem with another motorcycle shop and she guided me in the right direction. Problem solved!!!!! well my v-5 was still down she took the time and stayed on the phone with me and gave me the best advise anyone could have recived. She is very knowlgable. great person. I have dealt with other cf moto dealers here in the nyc area. lets put it this way they would know there butt from there elbow.I have found an new friends at scooters only and a new place that will fix my bike for me. If you want someone to work on your bike make sure its this place!!!!!!!!!!.
i am in the process of getting my v5. im very happy with this company. not just for the service but for the caring that kathi shows. the day after i paid for the v5 my mother past away. i called scooters only to cancel my order. funeral expenses came up and didnt know what or where to go. kathi put me in touch with people that helped.. the feeling i get when i walk into there store is a wave of releif and comfort. as for the v5 it should be here today or tomorrow. the price i paid could not be beat. (and i searched around ALOT) scoooters only stuck to their price,and you dont find that around.now a days. its NOT all about making money for them. its giving a great product and caring about their riders..... oh sure its great to make money .they sell a wonderful product and stand behind them .and with the service and integrity they showed me....why would i go ANY WHERE else.
so i say to everyone .... BUY BUY BUY. they are like no other company you will ever find....

I can't express my appreciation for all of Kathi's help enough. I have never had a more positive experience talking with a CF Moto dealer. I had no prior knowledge of my CF Moto V5, and she registered me for the warranty on the bike! Kathi has a vast knowledge regarding CF Moto, and is happy to give a hand with any questions you may have. I can not tell you how thankful I am that I found someone who cares about customers as much as Kathi does.

I own a yellow cf moto fashion 250 and I just happened across this web site as I was searching for answers to an overheating problem I have been having. I emailed Kathi hoping for just a little information and what I got was far above and beyond what I have experienced with the dealers here in Florida! Kathi answered all my questions and all really fast! She took the Vin # of my scooter and looked up the warranty on it and even provided me a list of cf moto dealers in Florida for me to take my scooter to! These are good and honest people! I give them a hearty 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone! I guarantee when I need parts in the future, I will be getting them right here!

I bought a cf fashion 250 from scooters only three weeks ago ,their customer service is outstanding , professional ,and their coffee ain't to bad neither. Well the ride of the fashion is smooth and comfortable ,You can ride with confidence keep up with traffic and save on gas at the same time. No gear shifting, what a relief especially in stop and go traffic .Scootersonly gets an A+ from me !
